mirror mirror!!
how psyched am i about this collaboration? i bought a pocket mirror after reading about them on awfulcufflinks and have been treasuring it. little did i know kellee was going to approach me about doing some of her rad pocket mirrors featuring my artwork! i just sent kellee 9 new designs this morning, watch out! http://myfavoritemirror.com/index.php?cPath=1_24
also, i totally caved last night and got a bluebird mic by blue!
i also got a set of $100 sennheiser headphones (i wanted the $179 ones, though). got a cheap preamp too. (presonus tubePre) we'll see how these all sound. i'm typically such a cheapskate with my recording equipment, this feels like a tremendous splurge, and yet this doesn't match even close to what i spent recording my winter stops all sound EP!
