As i sit 2 miles from a huge oil platform merely 20 miles from Iraq, I begin to wonder to myself. Thats what were here for. It has to be. The United states surely wouldn't have, couldn't have allocated 2 destroyers, an aircraft carrier, a cruiser and multiple small craft to watch over this platform for no reason. It has to be for the oil. And i really have no way of knowing where I will go next. But i am most assured that it will be to protect more. they tell us were actually doing somthing and saving lives. the only thing i can think we're saving is your money at the pumps. But are we really doing that? Again i have no way of knowing. They brought some arabic fuckers onboard for our VBSS teams. so that way we can offer the fishermen whose boats we board without their authorization some cookies and gas. GAS!! All in exchange for information. Information on where the pirates are. where could they be? sure as hell far away from the 2 destroyers, cruiser and the aircraft carrier! So as our ship is being overrun by the enemy we have been forced to be friends with over black gold, I think to myself, "What a wonderful world."
