A Field Full Of Hot Italians

Aug 02, 2005 22:10

i got one of my CDs in. i just have to wait for the one on backorder.

i got home from work today and slept for 3 hours.

SAM came up to me during work today and asked if i would work her wednesday and then she would work either monday or friday for me. Hell yea i thought to myself. i always wanted a three day weekend, so i took friday off. next weekend i get a three day weekend fo' shizzle.

also, some lady went up to the buy back counter. we chatted and she ended up asking me where i went to high school. i told her belvidere, she told me that she used to work at washington school. we got to chatting about the teachers at the school that i went to, caledonia. i told her my favorite was mrs. mungor. she said she thought i was a nice boy. yea, i'm pretty cool, i have to admit.

my aunt sandy dropped by and took a picture of me while i was giving someone their change. it was random.

i put a sticker on erin's back the other day that said "Ryan The Cool is SoOoOoOo Gangsta'! I <3 him, Love Erbear." i guess her sister found it when she got home hahaha. christina gave me back my CDs today. i missed my pretties.

for lunch i walked up to my car and jammed to some hardcore tunes with the seat back and the windows down. i hope it was very intimidating to those walking by.

a source has told me that year books will be available on the 19th in the P.A.C. from 4-8. i suppose that'd be a good time to actually get them signed too.

festa italiana starts this weekend. i'm going friday when everyone else goes, and you should too. i mean come on, who can resist a field full of hot italians? it's at boylan high school.

i finally wrote my thank you note for the scholarship. it goes a little something like this:

Dear Mr. Johnson,
I am sincerely grateful for your generous contribution to my education. The scholarship you have funded has lifted a tremendous financial burden off the shoulders of my family and me. I thank you on behalf of my family as well as my own.
Also, I would like to extend my sympathies to you in regards to your father. Although I did not know him, I do not doubt that he must feel honored to have raised such a charitable son as you. Your dedication to the youth of the nation’s future academic success in his memory is admirable. Thank you once again.
Respectfully yours,

Ryan Boyd

yea, i pretty much roll like that, yo.

that's about it for now.
