There are no plans. I'm so fickle. I looked at some jobs in South Korea teaching English and they pay really well, but... Korea? Thailand pays minimally but Thailand is fun! and warm! The jobs in Korea are so much more legitimate though. They offer health insurance and plane tickets and apartment stipends. They require certificates and diplomas. I have those! So, you see, who knows where I'll be writing from in 5 weeks. We're still going to Thailand first anyway. We'll getthere on the 20th. There are some great cheap places to live there though. Maybe we'll have to stay for a while, whatever the case.
I'm training a new girl to take my place, she's from France and has a bit of an accent and is really soft-spoken. I know the students will complain. Today is my day off and I'm making final preparations for my family's arrival. Dad will arrive on Saturday and mom on Sunday. My dad asked me about his wife's wearing pants here. They have no idea. They think it's Iran or something. It will so eye-opening for them. I'm buying guide books and some tickets and some welcome baskets. -Lame, I know, but I don't play host very often. Never, in fact. Come! you'll get one too!
And I'm anxious and nervous and a bit afraid. I will share all my decisions from now on! How would you feel? Probably, if you're female, you can't sympathize as you know you'll always get your way anyway, right? :)
