Les Morts Dansent...and two tongues
I recently got over my writer's block and started my latest project, which is based on the Queen Of The Damned film (not the books, though i'm reading and loving them). I know a lot of people love Lestat, and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, so i'm posting this here to appeal to the vampire slashers out there. The plot summary is: Before the band becomes a global sensation, Lestat acquires a companion. But with his lingering human emotions, he is torn between loving and killing is new bedfellow. This bedfellow is a new character named Jakob.
Since Anne Rice has been sending out her hired goons to place 'Cease and Desist' orders on writers who publish their fan fiction in any public arena, I am forced to find an audience via E-Mail and distribute my story that way. So this is the point of this post: If anyone would be interested in reading a VC slashfic (plenty of boy touching guaranteed, I assure you), that can't and won't be seen anywhere else, please E-Mail me or leave a comment to this post with your E-Mail address. You will be added to a list of recipients who will be able to read each chapter as it is written. I may turn it into a Yahoo! Group so the readers and I can discuss what we like/don't like about it.
