Not really much to say...was stressed a lot last week with homework and such.

Tonight is the pinning ceremony for the new pledges, and tomorrow night is the excellence awards ceremony, in which I'm nominated for most outstanding new member. Sooooo, I guess that means, two straight days of wearing my pimp suit.....absolutely scrumtrulescent.

Lifting is getting more enjoyable now, I'm doing it more efficiently now, learning the ettiquette, the numbers of reps and set I should do and the routine.

I want to go home soon. My dad's job requires him to travel a lot, so he was gone for two weeks while my mom was at home by herself and I felt bad cuz I told her I'd try to come by, except I had to work Saturday night. Next month, I hear that my dad is traveling for 4-5 weeks straight, so I really wanna go home and keep mom company. I can only imagine how hard she works to make sure that I stay in school here.

Last night I went to Ryan and Dave's. First I didn't wanna go, but I'm pretty glad I did. Some of the new pledges were there, as well as the people that are the closest to me. I rooted for the Eagles cuz my dad was all about them. Oh well, but it was a good time anyway. Pics to come...

I think I've said this before but, I think the best movie with the most profound quotes has got to be Fight Club. The dialogue and acting in that movie is flawless. Edward Norton is one of the best actors I've ever seen.

We had a party this past weekend. It wasn't too bad, nothing special. I worked the bar towards the end of it. I guess it just goes to show that I'm more of the chill type. I like to go out once in awhile, but I don't do it every weekend, and certainly not twice a weekend. I like to settle down and mellow out, a break from the constant moving and action. It seems like I'm one of the only ones that feel this way, cuz being in a dorm by yourself on a friday night, isn't the most exciting thing to be doing.

Time for Organic and Physics, later kids...
