An odd-looking antenna-bearing figure, wearing janitor's coveralls over his usual green suit, appears with a bucket and a cloth. Whistling cheerily, he sets to work, apparently polishing the Superman statue.

Kon steps around the statue, hands coming up out of his pockets, one clenching into a fist, a loose fist, but a fist nonetheless.

"I don't think you're supposed to be up there..."

This guy has antennae. Oh, crap.
