They're already sensationalizing and glamorizing the show like it's a movie, so why not make more money do a movie?! I'm sure it'll be about as "awesome" as Grave Danger. Which, as implied, wasn't actually awesome.

And actually, Mr. Petersen, The X-Files DID do its first movie when the series was still airing! However, the show went down

With the right storyline and director, it makes a great movie. Although you didn't like "Grave Danger," the way the show is put together is more like a movie than a TV show; the various departments are supreme compared to other shows, they really have high production value. When I hit the link, it took me to a YouTube "High School Baby" part 1 of 3. Is that what you meant to link?
