Yes. Illness which is possibly fatal and then complete lack of control of your powers.

I suppose I should have expected something like this.

They are very troublesome. I wouldn't recommend a removal unless you have a strong constitution.

The payoff seems to be greater than the risks at hand. I believe I'll take my chances.
