The cloth masks are helping. The safest places right now are higher up. The gas is a lot thinner on the roofs of some of the taller buildings.

The human body is a relatively frail thing.

Under these conditions, it's to be expected that people are in pain or will die. I don't think anyone can protect us for long against poison air.
