Ahem...

So, I heard that the Korean movie called "The Host" was a really good horror flick. Like a dumb ass, I went out and bought it. FYI, that movie sucked T-Rex ass. I still don't know what happened in it. Aside from the monster looking decent, the storyline was complete retardation. It isn't even worthy of Terrible Tuesday.

I want my money back. :-(

The new version (2006). I actually fell asleep during parts of it and had to go back to see what was missed. Even that didn't help. Ugh.

Versus was another movie I bought without watching it first. I made it over half way through it, took it out of the DVD player, and sold it to Movie Stop. I haven't seen Stacy and I heard that Bio-Zombie was good but I dunno. I'll probably just stick to the American monster/horror movies. I need to get Street Trash ;-)

I just bought it a couple of days ago, but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I try to not buy movies I haven't seen because I did that for a long time and wound up with a few flicks that were good, but I wouldn't see again or that outright sucked.

Maybe monster flicks aren't your thing?

Yeah, I should know better than to buy movies that I've never seen. As for monster flicks, that's usually the only thing I can actually watch. My wife can't go to the movies with me because she hates them. My entire collection is primarily horror/monster movies. We even have "Terrible Tuesday" which is where a bunch of friends and I get together and watch crappy horror/monster movies. But I wouldn't even take this movie to Terrible Tuesday. I dunno. Maybe it's just the Japanese monster movies? I can count the number of good Japanese monster/horror movies I've seen on one hand. *shrug*

The Host is Korean, though. And I don't think they have very many monster movies.

Heh. Yeah, I know it's Korean :-)

I'm not sure how many monster movies they have. I just know that this particular one sucked. IMO.
