(no subject)
what is there to say...
-really really excited ab the sailing club here. there are saturday sails EVERY saturday! and i am definitally getting my feet wet this weekend...
-i have so much homework. im not sure why, but i spend more time now doing homework than i did junior and senior year. and normally that would be something i would be incredibly sad about, but with that im also on my own and doing things my way ans magically i think that i am going to do really well, even though that is going to me ALOT of studying...
-my choir teacher is kinda annoying. every once and awhile elizabeth and i will look at each other during rehearsal and exchange a "grrrr......" look that does not signify satisfaction.
-my chem teacher is really bad, but also really predictable. a)she makes everything really complicated b)she gives a quiz the day before a test so if you play youre cards right you can make that class work out for you very well.
besides that, life is good. jill, a girl that lives down the hall, is a total hoot. possibly the craziest person that i have EVER met. she went to ray high school in corpus if you know what that means... i miss lynda alot and having that security of a strong social network, but im getting there.
oh yeah, and college guys arent very good at understanding the word "no," and i have therefore had to learn to be more agressive towards such adversaries. however, not all of them are complete assholes. in fact, ive actually met some pretty sweet guys too... draw youre own conclusions, but im definitally not pursuing anything right now. just lookin for some ppl to become good friends with. peace out and
