As of this morning this is the worst flood since the one in the 1970s, and the rain she keeps fallin'! In torrential, can't see your hand in front of your face, sheets of water.
It is the weirdest thing ever. We go from horrible, can't use more than 140L of water per house, dams down to 16% in total brinkmanship to ... flooding.
