Snow storm! Snow storm!
I wish I had've realized that it was snowing before I left the house the morning - the thought of plowing through the snow at 9:30 tonight wearing a skirt doesn't thrill me. With NO IPOD. Good thing I have my rubber boots and the excitement of getting to scavenge Walmart to keep my spirits up for the next 5 hours!
Actually, I've always really liked snow storms. Knowing me, it probably all comes down to two things:
1. The chance of cancellations. Doing puzzles, drinking tea and watching movies. Three of my favorite things, and snow days just cry out for them.
2. The opporunity to kick stuff. I like walking in the snow because I can give the snowbanks the ol' 'one two' and instead of limping away, I can look like I'm just under Christian Bale in the competition for world's toughest.
I started writing this because I'm a little bit wired and I felt like I had some really great news, but as it turns out, I've already lost that train of thought. Will update tomorrow with a list of all of the amazing and wonderful movies I score on my way home tonight....or, if I don't find anything, will update with a list of the top 15 movies that I already own.
And it will not just be Grumpy Old Men 15 times. Swears.
.....It'll be Avatar 15 times.
If only we could live somewhere as beautiful as the Avatar world, hey?? IF ONLY
