Every once and a while I'll read something like this on the police report:
Bus Accident - At 6:35 a.m.,
a Metro Transit bus pulled into the Wyse Road bus terminal, striking a 27-year-old female pedestrian who was walking across the bus lane. No charges were laid.
And my first thought is always 'Oh shit. Did I die and this is hell?'
