Been a LONG time
It has been way to long since I have had time to visit the Journal....Life gets way out of hand some times.
We have been busy here son-in-law leaves for Iraq Oct 7. Daughter is moving to Blanco, Texas where they already own 40+ acres.
Oldest soon is in college and is finding it less than a challenge. He clept his first year math and is in 2nd years Trig and Calc. and he says it is to easy.....ASSS.....BUT he is enjoying english for the first time in his life and seems very happy with it so there is hope.
Youngest daughter turns 16 this Friday. DAMN when did I get old.
Wife is fine and going to a concert this Friday with her girl friend.
ME.........Lets see I start a new job the 1st of October. I will be in a different town from the family until the end of school at the least. It will be about a 4 hour drive. The company is letting me work out of home a week a month and paying for the travel so that will not be bad. They called me about coming to work and I put them off. They called back and ask what it would take for me to talk to them..........I made up some bullshit number and all he said was "That is do able". I almost shit.
I drove over and talked to them and very nice company very strong. They offered me the salary, insurance at less than 1/2 of current crap (80/20 on med that is it, new company 20/80, Pharmacy, Vision and dental...and a lot cheaper), Matched vacation off the get go. The company as a whole seem more dedicated to my industry than the current company that view it as a 3rd tier in the company.
Wife is happy with the arrangement and says go for it. We have discussed or past desires to try "different" stuff...........lol. She says that as long as we are up front with each other, practice safe sex, no drugs and no "REAL KINKY SHIT" she wants to try having seperate fun. She wanted to make sure I was ok with her maybe getting some on the side. I said as long as I can no problem.
