On Saturday Dirk went through some of my vegetarian cookbooks to make a dinner request and this was his choice for dinner last night.
I *love, love love* tempeh so I was so very happy with his choice. It was marinated in tamari soy, our homemade red wine vinegar and italian spices. I saute'd it with red pepper, zuke, mushrooms and onion and then mixed up a light tomato broth and it was all served over rainbow pasta.
I am very excited about my leftovers for lunch this wee,.
