So i meet with my lawyer tomorrow. He says that this is more serious than the cop explained to me, but i mean i still think its pretty weak. They only found a stem. My lawyer said he had to do some research. If weed is in someone's car it might not make it automatically theirs. I mean, after all, they had to find that shit in my back seat. How many times do i sit back there? none. I never admitted i was high (which i wasn't anymore) and i never admitted that it was my bud (so thats a plus). The cop did put me in cuffs before i did anything wrong. People told me that was against the law, but he might get away with it because i was under "investigative custody". But he did search compartments in my car without my consent. I hope we have enough dirt on this pig bastard to get me off the hook scott free. I wish i could see day light again. These jail bars are so cold. hahaha
