For your symptoms I'd eliminate dairy and wheat completely for a few days, AND bring sugar waaay down while increasing water. See if your skin changes. You still training?
Oh and try keeping a log for a week, it's a big hassle but it's great data, it's the way to get on top of this stuff.
It's much more productive to start getting things back on track than to whine, so thanks for the kick up the butt. I just got a bit sick of being, well, sick.
When I'm sticking to my normal food stuffs I rarely eat wheat, and if so, only whole grain. I'll start by switching my dairy to soy, me thinks and get some wheat free muesli.
My body is becoming increasingly sensitive to foods, alcohol and cigarettes. The big one for me is giving up smoking, which I will be ready for soon.
Small steps.
My exercise has been severely impacted by my health lately, so I've been necessarily inconsistent with it. I'm heading off to the gym this arvo for some light weights and will resume swimming soon (once I stop coughing up a lung!). I haven't been hydrating lately, either, unless you count coffee.
