It seems that girl, Ahiru, was right after all. There are several others who have been affected by the desire to attack that boy for no reason other than whoever is orchestrating these feelings.
I should have known. I haven't felt bloodlust like that since the Professor tampered with my thoughts, although this was of course directed at only one person. Still, I should have recognized it sooner.
Now that I know the nature of the problem, I will do my best to fight it, but I hope that I can avoid Stork, as it seems his name is, until it dies down. Even with the cuff, it would be possible to do a great deal of damage before it sedates me completely. I don't want to find out how much.
I find it highly unsettling to know that there is someone in this compound capable of taking advantage of me in such a way without my knowledge. Takion, she said his name was? He's in much greater trouble than Stork, once I find him. He likely did not intend to do this to me, as I don't even know him, and I find it highly unlikely he knows what I am capable of. But carrying out someone else's wishes for bloodshed is not something I can accept anymore.
Things are quite busy these days. Between this little incident and those involving Miss Honda, I am suddenly more occupied than I have been in the past few days. It seems I will have to watch her more closely, given Mao's behavior toward her and her interactions with Mercury. Until the danger dies down, she will not be out of my sight, whether she's aware I'm watching or not. If anyone tries anything against her, they will soon realize their mistake.
And as for Miss Honda herself... Hn. I hadn't meant to let that slip. I've gotten far too comfortable around her. It seems she's been too distracted since to question me further. Or perhaps it's out of courtesy. I suppose which it is will be answered once there are fewer distractions.
