So, today is the last day of summer for all of us high schoolers. Man, what a summer it has been. Let's see... I've been to Branson and Fort Worth on trips. Those were a total blast. Me and my friends started a band that keeps getting better and better. I've done a whole lot of hanging out with lots of cool people. I've been on the first place team in the Mississippi Youth Bowling Tournament and won some other tournaments around here. Even band camp was alright. It has definitely been a summer to remember. Today I finished those annotated bibs, and thanks to those who offered some help to me. It was definitely appreciated. Tonight we went to the beach to have an end of the year party, but we got rained on, so we went to Coffee Fusion. So, that chapter is over and another one is beginning. Senior Year. I'm usually dreading going back to school, but this time I'm actually looking forward to it. I get to see all of the other cool people I didn't get to hang out with during the summer as well as all the people I did. I decided to make a top 5 goals list for the year, and surprisingly, only two of them are academic. So, here they are in no particular order...
>> Keep up the grades
>> Don't Procrastinate
>> Build up some more confidence in myself
>> Strengthen my Christian walk
>> Have a heck of a lot of fun during senoir year.
This year is going to be awesome. I can't wait. Oh yeah, random thought. As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, lightning is very cool to look at. I enjoyed my ride home while watching it. Well, better be going now. Sleep is necessary. Have a great night.
