the morning started off great. we had the girls over last night (-gasp- regina actually let me handle bringing them to the drop-off point and whatnot..), so i had to get them up, get them ready, feed them breakfast, and just play step-mommy which can be kinda fun...it was really cute getting to scoop jordyn out of bed and snuggle with her and plop

And you're pissed with good reason, too!! Those kids deserve a hell of a lot better than a worthless, lazy mother that doesn't seem to give a damn if they exist or not and a stupid, slimy jerk of a boyfriend that doesn't care if he puts them in harm's way!

Take a few good, deep breaths and realize how incredibly lucky those girls are to have you in their lives.....Chris and you getting together will be the ONE thing that those precious girls will have to save them from a wasted future...i know this is hard for you, i certainly can understand the anger and the frustration, but it sounds to me like you're handling it perfectly by not letting regina or the dumbass boyfriend see your anger.....the girls are still young, but know this, my friend, what you're doing for them WILL make an impression and years from now, that impression will help them to turn to you and NOT to their mother when they need someone....

Ok, sorry, got on a tangent, blame the mother in me....just wanted to tell ya that you're doing a fantastic job, the girls are so lucky to have you in their lives! If you ever need to vent, give me a shout, i'm here for ya! *loves*
