If the doc is anything like mine, you'll make hints for something stronger and you'll walk away with something completely different to what you were angling for.

I said panadeine forte wasn't working, and ended up with voltaren anit-inflammatories ;)

diclofenac is fucking amazing stuff though. I still have some from my surgery last year and I'm trying to make it last as long as possible.

heh, it's basically ibuprofen. :) Heaps of doctors and physios for pain management told me this of late and I have 5 or 6 repeat scripts of it if you want a bottle of 50. For the pre-requisite URL to verify my info given just to prove it hehe http://www.drugs.com/voltaren.html

spot on, its an nsaid, more potent than ibuprofen, less well received than ibuprofen.
I've found it bloody effective though :)
