Funny how hard it is to write a speech for a good mates 21st when their parents have no idea about our drug escapades. There is about 4 years of material I have no access to just in case his family disowns him.

can you change the drug references to passion pop references, thus being able to still use the material but make it more palatable for the family audience?

Thus the story is maintained to some degree and you can see what it's like being a screenwriter for hollywood!

ive just included some subtle innuendos to eye wobbles, repetitive electronic music and smoking grass

hah that's a pretty good idea. That being said, anytime anyone has done that at a 21st the raucous laughter has resulted in some very suspicious parents.

Parents will always be suspicious of yound people, but most of the time the 'never underestiomate the power of denial' factor will kick in and negate any badness surely?

It all worked out well. only the drug users caught onto the subtle hints, and i was at least somewhat sober for the speech
