I got the results from the x-ray and CT scan yesterday.  Apparently I have a disc slightly protruding onto the left S1 nerve in my lower back.  The doctor said that it was pretty much what he was expecting, given the symptoms, and that the recommended treatment is physio and stretching.  He told me that it could come good anywhere between weeks and ( Read more... )

I had my x-ray and CT scan yesterday up at the hospital (yay for Medicare!).  It wasn't nearly as scary as I was expecting.  The CT scanner was just this donut thing that went up and back around the bed I was on, I didn't have to get changed or anything! Caitlin is a right little pocket rocket now.  Now that she's crawling (and quite adept at it), she's everywhere.  I've always said I don't have trouble or a problem running after her, but what is getting tiring is never getting 5mins to sit down and do something.  All part of a young family, I guess ( Read more... )
