I heard back about the job interview yesterday, and unfortunately I didn't get it.  I was told that I was just 'beaten on the line', which carries no consolation, really - it's not the first time I've been beaten to a job by the apparent slimmest of margins either.

I'm not terribly worried, I guess, as it's just an internal restructure, and I'm not losing any thing but it would have been nice to go up a level.

I have my Melbourne trip on Tuesday, so I'm now looking forward to that.
