I have officially beaten Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater for the PS2. The game was amazing. It was so intense. I felt like I was actually Big Boss himself. It is sad to finally beat the game though. When a game is as good as that, it makes you sad to see it end. Snake took out The Pain, The Fear, The End, The Fury, The Sorrow, The Thunderbolt, and The Boss when the game came to an end. I never truly understood Solid Snakes past until i got to the end of the game. When i saw my statistics at the end, it showed that I had 297 Alert Modes, found 38 different animal species throughout the game, and killed a total of 521 guys. Lol, when I saw I had killed 521 guys i was like, no wonder it took so damn long to get through "The Sorrow". In hard mode, you have to pretty much shoot everyone you spot in the head, or else they get suspicious and spot you. So if i ran out of ammunition for my M22, i would have to resort in killing the soldier. Which i did very often... I remember i went on a killing spree in a Russian lab and took all of the scientists hostage and started slitting their throats, lol. Omg, it was such a blood bath. The entire room was filled with corpses and blood. I looked around the internet for a release date for the next mgs, (METAL GEAR SOLID 4). Reports say that, in late 2006, Metal Gear Solid 4 will be released in America. I can't wait to play it... But for now i'm just going to mess around with the other games and see if i can amuse myself long enough. Sorry i had nothing really good to say, but MGS is the only thing that's been on my mind today.
Got a letter in the mail today about a Karate Tournament called the Space Coast Karate Championships (SCKC) being held in Cocoa, Florida on Febuary 5th, 2005. It sounds like a good way to test how far i've progressed since i was younger. Hopefully I haven't gotten too soft.
