The Last Few Days
Well....I don't come around LJ for a minute and lo and behold, there are posters! Mind you, today IS election day, so there are of course, the obligitory posts from just about everyone saying VOTE OR DIE! No seriously! :) Well, I voted. I had no idea who I was going to vote for and literally was so torn that I went with my original choice. At the polling place. Yeah, it was that quick of a choice.
I went to the Miami Dolphins/Broncos game on Sunday at Invesco. The weather was UNBELIEVABLE. It was a nice 60something all day. It was so perfect, I didn't even notice it. On the other hand, the Broncos played like SHIT! First pass of the game and Cutler threw a turnover! Jason went with me and we met up with Jackie and Chris J. at halftime. After halftime, I ended up getting a Dolphins fan kicked out. See, I went with Arno's season tickets, which are 7th row. Two rows ahead of us is this guy who's being rude, the WHOLE game, standing up and talking smack to the Broncos fans, who is like, EVERYONE in those seats. He got told to sit down a few times. Long story short, he called me a bitch after the guy in front of me told him to sit down so his little 10 year old son could see the game, and I agreed. So I got him kicked out. The guy sitting next to me ACTUALLY said "that guy was just trying to cheer for his team." *Jaw falls here* Yeah, cussing and standing up in front of innocent little kids is the way I cheer too. Fucker.
Anyway, just after that, I WAS ON THE JUMBOTRON!! YAY!! :)
I also went to Jackie's Halloween gathering and ended up leaving after three hours at about 10:30. I've been really into doing homework and chilling lately. I've been watching the Scrubs box sets (I'm on season three), as many of you know, and last night I just started the HBO series that's a few years old called "ROME." It's pretty good, if not somewhat gratuitous. Anyway, Todd dressed up as a redneck, and we captured this HILLARIOUS picture that sent me into a fit of laughter and onto the floor.
