Eddie Izzard and Parade of Homes
Eddie Izzard...how I love thee.
The show on Wednesday night at the Paramount Theatre was INSANE. He is so funny...so clever, so surreal in person. It was AWESOME! His stage was awesome (a crazy prison cell of a set), his clothing was smashing (he was not in drag), and his stand up was brilliant.
"You're a fish."
"Oh. oh. oh."

At his encore, I yelled "I LOVE YOU, EDDIE!" to which he replied, "Thank you, very loud woman. What, did you sneak a bullhorn in here? You're louder than EVERYONE. But thank you." I swooned. :)
I also went to Parade of Homes 2008 yesterday with Jason and picked out this year's dream house. I bought a powerball ticket before going to China King to meet Jason for pre-Parade lunch. Hopefully I'll win, and then I'll buy the 8,800 square foot $2.5 mil house I want. I should be posting photographs on myspace of all of this soon. :)
I'm enjoying my time off before school starts again. Yesterday evening I slept through Aikido, but then got up, starting watching Munich, watched Last Comic Standing and So You Think You Can Dance (GO JOSHUA!!!), and part of 2001, A Space Odyssey. I love not HAVING to do anything during my evenings.
