Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Yes. Nothing special unless mutant powers register as magic, in which case she's strongly gifted in mental magic, with a secondary gift connected to stone. Note that as a mutant, she's not quite human, but she's actually very close, at least in her flesh form.
Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Yes, definitely.
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: She most certainly can. If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Hitsugaya's would be high, Unohana's would be really high. And while Gohan's powers technically aren't magic, they're kind of akin to it and extremely powerful. Celes would rate moderate to high. Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Hitsugaya and Unohana might be passingly familiar with it, but probably not enough to figure it out themselves. Gohan and Celes come from entirely different worlds, so they're clueless on this one.
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Sure!
If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Garr is a warrior who uses magic to support his fighting skills rather than a proper spellcaster. His ability to blast things is terrible, but his other spells are good at what they do. He is strongly fire-aligned with a little holy magic on the side, and naturally resists fire.
He is formerly human, transformed into Something Else by a goddess. So there's that.
Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Nope. He is not from Earth. (._.)/
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Sure! If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Luxord is most strongly aligned with time magic, although he has minor abilities in elemental magic. He's not really a spellcaster though, so his actual ability with elemental abilities is fair-to-middling at best. With time magic, however, you'd be hard pressed to find someone else at his level (it's his specialty). Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? I doubt it. :|a
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Yep. If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Proooobably zero since "magic" has never been in evidence in his world. People have powers, they're just not magical in nature. Livio (and his counterpart Razlo) is a modified human -- greater strength, speed, resiliance, etc., plus regenerative capability, but decidedly lacking in the magical department. Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Nope.
