Happy New Year :)
I thought I should do an update as I know I've been pretty quiet lately. I have been really great. I've been on vacation and loving not having to leave my flat really at all.
I had a wonderful weekend before Christmas with Gael. He comes again next weekend and I can't wait. We are doing really well and are progressing rather nicely in our relationship. We are still taking things slow but not so slow anymore. Right now we are on the same page about everything as far as where we want to be in our relationship and where we want our relationship to go and in what time frame. I am really really really happy and am madly in love with him. LDR sucks big time but we are seeing each other at most every 3 weeks, so that makes things easier to deal with. He understands how I am about everything. He fully accepts me for who I am. I really have been lucky on this one and I am grateful for it. Even though I have known him for years now, I know that I was not ready to be in the kind of relationship that we are in even last year. The personal growth that I have achieved in the last year has been exactly what I needed to do in order to be where I am and have this kind of relationship.
I'm really happy and that's the most important thing. :)
