(no subject)
As to my comment on Thursday (really early on Friday morning), it was not a good day...Just been putting off what happened...
I had put aside time to do something important and all hell broke loose...I was about 40 minutes into when my mom comes downstairs all hysterical: "I cant find the cat, cant find the cat" You need to help me. So I think great, this sucks. I cant stop. But I chance it and go a quick run through of the house thinking she is just hiding (she likes to do that). Well, she wasnt hiding...somehow she had slipped out the door and no one noticed. After we look through the house, we go into the garage to go look. As we are in there, we hear squealing tires outside (lovely noise, btw)...so we go out. SHE WAS OUTSIDE!...and now dead. The car hit her. Dumbass driver said that she was in the middle of the road and thought the cat would move if she kept coming. Can you believe that????? The driver killed her instead of going around, or honking or something!!!!! So, we've all been really sad out here, we loved our little kitty. Had her for 9 years. She was an inddoor cat and only went out in the fenced in backyard. I cant believe she isnt here anymore, I have an empty spot on the end of my bed now :( Well, long story short. I couldnt finish what I had set out to do that evening, I couldnt concentrate or anything, so that sucks.
On a good note, my badge access at work got changed, so I can now go in at 6 if I want instead of 7.
Lets see, yesterday: Worked, got paid, went to Walmart, saw Ladder 49 (friends said I needed to get out of the house), went to the gym and came home and slept.
Today: nail appt (got a candy corn design), yard work and now here I am.
