OOC :: Double Whammy Info Crap!!
Hi, guys! I have a double whammy info crap post here. First part is about availability, and the second about ooh shiny plottiness! Great reading goodness within!
Early, early, early Sunday morning, I'll be *cue music* leaving on a jet plane, to go to Georgia for a week. That's right, a week. It's a family vacation thing, so internet access is laughable. Which means all my characters will have to have stuff happen!
Turtle will be leaving tonight for what she thinks is her sister's wedding, but then her sister will be deciding to flee the alter at the last second and drag Turtle on a super awesome road trip adventure which I'm going to have so much fun writing.
Chad and A.J. will both be doing the animal thing. Chad is going to be an adorable baby tiger cub (Yasutora, get it?). A.J. will be a cocker spaniel too cute to live. Teddy and Katara have the modding right to the Chad, and Troy's got 'em to the artist pup!
Setsuna will, of course, be leaving for a Job in Japan; I won't be back until Sunday-ish, though she will be back on Friday for the wish plot, thanks to the wonderful world of preplay. But Setsuna's story isn't ending there.
Many of you know that Setsuna will be leaving by the end of this semester, and I could never have her just slip out into the darkness, although that's probably how she'd like to do it. So, the aforementioned wish plot will kick off another, personal plot. LOL, Spoiler Alert, but Setsuna's wish is to be stronger, and it will manifest with her demon side taking over her for the weekend. When the wishes are taken back, she balances out again, but that taste of power and demonness sticks with Setsuna afterwards.
She'll be decided to embrace her demon side after all. In the few weeks before she leaves, she will be exploring this and then finally deciding that she needs to be in Japan, to do the job she's supposed to be doing.
Okay, so three parts. If you don't read any of that, please read this:
There will be some changes in Setsuna because of this. Naturally, she will be stronger as she will no longer be holding back her powers. Appearance wise, she will be different. She'll have her wings out more often, but she'll stop wearing the fake contacts that makes her red eyes brown and will not bother to redye her hair. Because, you see, Setsuna's not just half-demon, she's an albino half demon. Nutshell: eyes will be red, hair will be white. She'll revel in it as her 'true' form.
Finally, all this being a demon will effect her personality. In short, she's going to be a kind of a bitch. Possibly a lot of one. But, in casual interactions, it will just be her being a not pleasant person to be around. She won't use her powers against anyone unless they're "asking for it," so keep in mind that harassing her about the demonness and especially touching her without permission will lead to the urge for a demon smackdown. Personally, I love the drama, so if you want to cause trouble with Setsuna, please do!
Finally, she'll realize what a bitch she was, have a breakdown, and decide in a very emotastic (and therefor Setsuna-like) way that it's time to just go home, and she'll fly off into the sunset to be with her lady love protectoree.
