Mmmm, follow the lemming! For the sake of new players, I have just a few things to say that you should know about my characters:
The only thing to know about Setsuna is that she is half-demon. It's an extremely sensitive topic and something she holds as her dearest secret. Only a few people actually know. However, if your character is inclined toward the supernatural and would like to pick up on this, go for it. :D I'm sort of building up to getting rid of Setsuna, so, hell, I think I'd be even okay if you let the news break. I'll warn you, though, if you mention it to her or word gets around somehow that you're aware, she will not react well. And possibly hate you forever, OMG.
ETA: Also? She's an albino. Her skin is very, very pale, but she dyes her hair black so no one knows, and wears brown contact lenses to cover her red eyes...which is part from the albinism, and part from the demonism.
The only thing you need to know about Chad is that he is really, really tall. Well, okay, technically speaking, he's 6'3" which isn't that tall, but he's still a growing boy, and, to keep up with the sake of his canon, he appears taller. It's a presence thing. Feel free to react to him a very, very tall. It makes the muses happy.
...I lied. One other, nitpicky thing about Chad? His name is a pun on his last name, Sado. It's a Japanese thing. The characters for Sado are nearly the same as the characters for cha, which is tea. So everyone calls him Chado in Japan, where he spent some of his childhood and his most recent past. His nickname, Chad, is a lame pun on tea. And, since it correspons with his last name, saying Chad Sado is....less correct. Yasutora Chad is...more correct. It's a weird little detail that gets messed up on a lot of document like things, so you're better off with just Chad or the whole "Yasutora 'Chad' Sado" thing. If any of that even made sense. XD
...Turtle and A.J. are completely and utterly normal. Well, Turtle has that whole capitalist genius, willing-to-sell-her-own-grandmother-if-the-price-is-right thing going for her, but, other than that...normal. Oh, and you can feel free to play with A.J.'s floppy hair if you like. I know I'd want to.
That is all. Pie, coffee, and ice cream are all welcome, as I wonder what the heck I'm still doing up.
One other thing, not related to characters, but related to Availability:
Some of you are aware that I just moved to a new city and have been trying to find something to get some income so I don't have to depend on my m-f'in' successful boyfriend, and, well, I GOT A JOB! Squee! I'm finally employed again! I start my orientation on 5 July 2007!
I...have no idea what this will do for my availability, though. I'm very active right now because I was a jobless loser with nothing else to do for a month and a half. It might take me a while to get into a new groooooove for things, so bear with me if my characters are suddenly not as available as they should be, if I'm not around as much, and/or I start something and am unable to finish it because it leads to unaccustomed stresses on my schedual.
YAY JOB.
Unless I hear back from some other applied-for possitions, you should stop by the jewelry counter at the Traverse City, MI Kohl's sometime and say hi. XD
