After her work shift was over, Ami decided to check on Setsuna. So she knocked on the door.

After a long pause of nothing, Setsuna's quiet voice asked, "Who is it?"

//"It is Ami-chan"// Ami said, speaking of herself in the third person, as one did in such situations.

Setsuna carefully assessed the situation for a moment, before remembering Ami's nightmare the other day. Quick to her feet, she padded across the room and opened the door. //"Is everything okay?"// she asked, eyes immediately searching the other girl for signs of distress.

//"I actually came over to see if you were alright."// Ami said. She looked and felt mostly fine, if emo.

//"Oh,"// Setsuna blinked, seeming rather surprised by this answer although it really did make sense. It's just she... With a small sigh, Setsuna stepped back and opened the door for Ami to come in. //"...I'm okay,"// she told her.

Ami came in, once allowed to do so. //"Yeah? You... don't sound ok. Have you had lunch? Dinner? Are you just sitting in the room by yourself all day?"// Ok so Ami had no clue but had watched many after-school-specials.

//"I've had lunch,"// Setsuna nodded, finding it an odd thing for Ami to ask. She went back over to her bed and resumed her stop in the corner.

Because i am seriously tired of emo, and want to do something distracting and fun, and you are going to totally come with me, whatever it is i am going to do."// Ami said all in one breath //"I am entertaining suggestions"// she added, as an afterthought.

Setsuna blinked at Ami, mostly out of being impressed over the long string of words, but partially over the firmness of them. And then her eyes shifted away and she wondered if she really should leave her room, or maybe she'll end up burning down another building or something and she let out a long sigh. Then shrugged. //"I dunno. If...you want to, I guess. What did you have in mind? Anything? Or just...doing something?"//

Maybe Ami just wanted the distraction from the nightmares and the missing boyfriend, which was understandable. Setsuna figured she could brave the outside world for a bit to get Ami's mind off things, definitely...

Ami wanted to get Setsuna's mind off of the break up with the boyfriend , so she was really up for anything. //"Hmm... we could go somewhere and sing. The Nest maybe?"//

Setsuna shifted awkwardly, and refused to allow her eyes anywhere near Ami's general direction. //"It...burned down."//

//"The club? Oh my god! Were you working there at the time? Is anyone hurt? Why didn't you tell me? I am sorry!"// Ami figured the loss of her workplace was probably very traumatic for Setsuna.
