Room 412, Wednesday Evening

Pleased from a day of random napping, exploring, and paper cutting, Sakurazaki sits down, English books scattered about her, to write

Ojou-sama;

I know I only talked to you just earlier on the phone, but you know I despise that contraption, and Negi-sensei encouraged me to write to you to practice my English. He also said that reading my letters (if you can understand this chicken scratch of an alphabet) will help you with yours, but we all know you barely need it.

Arriving in Fandom went smoothly, as expected, and I have surprisingly found a comfortable niche here. Sometimes, it honestly feels like I never left Mahora at all! It is quite bizarre...comforting at moments and disturbing at others. You'd be proud of me...I am being social and have met many people who are living on my floor. I have not met my roommate yet, Luna Lovegood-san; I have a strong feeling that she is a ghost, much like Aizaki-san. It will be very interesting to have a ghost for a roommate.

I have also met a boy another student who is into various martial arts. His name is Saotome Ranma, and I think he will be a very good friend, if anything. We spoke at length in Japanese, which felt so nice after being surrounded by English for so long, and then we challenged each other. And I won, Ojou-sama! I cannot let myself get a big head over the victory, though, because I know we will both be training hard over the summer. You must ask Haruka-san is she has any relatives my that name...but I suppose Saotome's a common name. It is still an interesting connection, don't you think?

Fandom is great, but I am missing you Mahora. Send my regard to Asuna-san!

.

Should she finish her letter before anyone comes to interupt, she'll curl up on her bed with Shogun, inspired by her earlier encounter with Isabel-san.

((OOC: Door is open, so post is open. :D ))
