my weekend.....
My weekend was not what I thought it would be. I had planned on going to the Cedarburg winterfestival on saturday and seeing John, and other piratey friends be piratey. The weekend started out good but then ended not so good.
Friday: Payday! Always a joyous occasion in my opinion....even if that check is spoken for in bills those are bills that won't be staring me in my face for a month. I revelled in bill paying too. I took care of several bills, and actually made a plan for myself of dealing with my bills in a better manner and hopefully being able to not only get by but get out of debt too. I texted John and asked him if he had dinner plans. He called me later and we met for sushi and had a wonderful time. It's not very often that I bring someone with me for sushi as my friends around here don't really like it.
Saturday: Had to work 6hrs overtime. After my evening of hanging with John, sushi fun, and seeing a light of becoming debt free by the end of the year hopefully I was really happy and at peace with the world. Then I started thinking of how many bills I payed and the fact that I really didn't give myself much to live off of for the next 2 weeks and started to get nervous. After work I went to the store to buy myself a hat because I don't own a winter hat nor do I own earmuffs and for being outside this would be helpful. I saw an old coworker of mine and chatted for a bit. I went home with every intention of changing into warmer clothes, and eating something so I wouldn't have to buy something at the festival but after eating pooped out and went to sleep....not to mention I was really cold just being indoors and wasn't up for venturing outside.
Sunday: Started out good. I went to the pancake breakfast with the pirates. Had pancakes and sausage....yummy! Chatted with john, and a few other pirates i knew. Then decided to leave for a bit to wander the cedarcreek settlement and then come back to the community center to hang some more. Problem was i acquired a nasty headache while wandering the settlement and decided it best to go home and baby headache. The headache lingered through Monday. I was doing so well with the headaches until about a month ago. Kinda frustrated about that.
