PERMISSIONS for capeandcowl
So one of Saito's powers includes the power of persuasion aka the ability to manipulate verbally. Basically certain things he says will be DELIGHTFULLY IRRESISTIBLE and impossible to ignore by some. It's something that'll be mainly used upon NPCs but this here is the place to post for imPorts in case people want to use it as, idk plot stuff, or for shiggles. Naturally, as with many powers, Saito won't be able to do much with it at first (or realise it exists) but as it develops, he'll go from only able to persuade the super weak minded and moving on to much more difficult challenges.
How the persuasion is done is also up to people, whether it seeps in as a little niggle, like an urge to follow requests, or just an outright zone out and obey. idk. IT'S ALL GOOD.
This WILL NOT be used without me first contacting players OOC. So even if you fill out yes, I will obvs contact you oocly first before any shizzle goes down.
