Name this religious belief:
-Worldwide, this belief is shared by an estimated 2-12% of the population.
-In the United States, the number is estimated to be between 3 and 9%.
-It is the national religion of several countries in Asia.
-In 1987, Bush allegedly questioned the citizenship of adherents to this belief.
-Only one member of Congress has admitted to sharing this belief.
EDIT: It's atheism. Sort of a trick question, I know.
Quoted in the Boulder Daily Camera on Monday February 27, 1989:Robert Sherman (journalist and atheist): "Surely you recognize the equal citizenship and patriotism of Americans who are atheists?"George Bush: "No, I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God."RS: "Do you support as a sound constitutional principle the separation of state and church?"GB: "Yes, I support the separation of church and state. I'm just not very high on atheists."Next challenge: trying to expunge "so help me God" from the last sentence of my Oath of Naturalization...
