You are doing a fantastic job with this. I'm certain this hasn't been easy going but as a reader I really appreciate the result.

I like seeing the anxiety and ambivalence he's feeling. The scene beginning with the second letter leaves no doubt, for me, by its end, that he will willingly submit to her.
