Summary: For this prompt on the spnkink_meme: Sam really wants Dean to carry his baby. Dean is really not interested in being pregnant right now, thank you very much. Really not interested ever probably. So, Sam sabotages Dean's birth controll in some way. I'd prefer holes poked in condoms but it could be replacing Dean's pills or some other method.
Sam should really get off on knowing that he's getting Dean pregnant. Maybe this Sam is a little dark and really gets off especially because he knows it's against Dean's will.
However it happens, Dean should slowly move from anger to acceptance to being kind of pleased to being stupidly happy about the baby. By the time the baby's born, Dean should be talking about how he can't believe he waited this long and they should have as many more as quickly as they can. Sam is happy to oblige and knocks Dean up again mere weeks after the birth of the first baby (they couldn't even wait the six weeks the doctor said not to have sex after birth).
