France was very excellent, but I miss it more than I thought I would. I was just kind of "aww" sad until I got to my house and i really really just felt like turning around and going back. I think we should. Stupid school. bleh.
Really, he rest of this entry is more for me than for you guys, but hey. Feel free to read, I just don't promise anything really interesting and I also don't promise that I won't complain.
Pros, Cons, and things I will miss
Pros to being home!
-Laura is here
-Dog is here
-People pick up after their dogs here
-Showering in a normal shower is better than I remember it. I was so bad at holding onto the thing while trying to wash my hair I can't even describe it. Also the water here is better.
-Asian food!
-Porrige
-Computer
-mountains
-the ocean
Cons to being home!
-I really really miss france
-the cars here are big and ugly
-the houses here are big and ugly
-nothing here is quaint at all
-there is nothing to do
-School is here
Things I will miss:
-my billet family
-shutters on the windows
-waking up every morning and opening my east-facing window jsut in time to see the sun rise
-watching a movie almost every night, and having at least one of us fall asleep every time
-the market
-the huge sky
-the really old buildings
-the BREAD (not only the fantastic bakery bread but also the bread they bought me to eat in the morning with spiderman on it)
-having company no matter what I was doing, even if it was homework and the company was jut playing video games
-that france smell
-having something interesting to do every single day
-walking every day with purpose
-the cheese
-the food
-not being stressed
-long bus rides
- travelling at night
-listening to bad music on Karn's CD player and dancing along
-the cute french boys
-the tourist shops that all sell the exact same thing
-CRÊPES
-not feeling guilty spending money
-having things to take pictures of
-Everything being small and adorable
-all the little matching houses
-all the little matching cars
-the cat that was really a dog inside (and therefore didn't hate me)
I can't think of all that much else to say, but eventually maybe I'll upload some pictures or something. When i figure out how.
