Oh, my.
Okay, so, school was canceled Tuesday because of bus vandalization over the weekend (last weekend, obviously). First aid kits were trashed, flares were stolen, and fire extinguishers were sprayed all over 11 buses. This was a rather big deal for the town, and many people made random guesses as to who did it.
Well, now, we have our answer.
And I am almost embarrassed, for one of them will likely (sooner or later) be my stepbrother.
They're pressing charges on Colt (my soon-to-be relative), Jake, Ben, and a few other people (or only one, I don't know). And they'll likely be expelled.
But this does give more validity to the claim that there is absolutely nothing to do in this town. If you're old enough, you can enjoy yourself at The Pub (how much creativity does it take to name a bar The Pub?!), but for a group of 14 and 15 year olds, that just doesn't do it.
