Okay, bitches, I'm wanting blog recommendations. Decided I do not read enough, want to broaden my horizons etc. I'm particularly interested in blogs about the following subjects: science, biology, medicine, nature, atheism, evolution, history, literature, media, feminism, etc., and preferably all with a sense of humour but am totally cool with you

Nearly everything I read is incredibly vapid but here's a few you might like:
- 1000 Awesome Things
- Dogblog only updates about once a month but always makes me smile
- Tetrapod Zoology is probably your sort of thing, I like it anyway
- and Zooillogix just posts really cool stuff sometimes

And The Big Picture isn't actually a blog but they post amazing amazing photographs.
