I downloaded an app from the istore today for my ipod because iamaconsumer.
Anyway, it's called daily yoga and it's free which was the right price for me. I tried it out, beginner, 20 minutes. I HURT. I made it through ten minutes of it which I am calling that successful because I slipped on the rug and decided to just be like. yea. DONE! I think I'm going to go for a walk tonight as well because the weather is so flipping nice out. And I'm feeling motivated. And I have protein.
I made tikka marsala for dinner and it was yummy. After that I did the yoga. I'm drinking my water now. I'm also watching hoarders: buried alive. I'm gonna need to like.... meth clean my house soon.
