summer lists

Jun 23, 2009 16:20

I always seem to update my goals right after my birthday.

I am an old time list maker.

I can remember making lists in elementary school.

I have discovered that if I write something down it seems to actually occur.

I have some of these written in my phone, but thought I would share them here.
After fixing the list for here, I am now going to have to fix it on my phone.

So without further ado, here is my basic summer (July, August, September, October) list.

FUN STUFF

Minimum

2 river trips a month

1 moonlight horse trail ride a month

1 daytime horse trail ride a month

1 camping trip a month ( may be combined with river or horses )

1 4-wheeling day a month (vehicle not 4 wheelers)

1 hiking day a month

baking once a week

NOT SO FUN STUFF

Minimum

1 bicycle trail ride a month

1 fishing day (with hubby) a month

1 day per month with no phone & no computer

YUKKY STUFF

Minimum

1 hour of yard work per week, not to be used on horse areas

1 hour of cleaning the arena (for horses) per week

1 hour of pasture work on Nan’s pasture per week

1 hour extra housekeeping per week

15 minutes of actual exercising per day!

OTHER

Decide Christmas projects before October!

Finish the Starr reading DVD and get them mailed out. (I know I should put a deadline on this, but I just have to find the time and then get motivated)

Convince Dad to let me have access to the Wilkie photos so I can work on them this winter.

Post pictures up to Flickr once per month and get the back log caught up.

Organize the back room so it can actually be useful without looking horrible. (includes moving the copier back there so the front room can have more room, which means I need to network the whole house)

Get Rocky motivated to yard sale (or something) so the guest house can stop being a storage shed.

lists, summer
