Another wedding last weekend, and again it went really smoothly. Dave and I ended up taking our separate cars, as we started in different locations, so he could ride with the girls if they had transportation; that didn't eventuate but instead it allowed me to go on ahead while he worked photo sessions to set up the next area, either the ceremony location or for the reception. Again, I'm really happy with what we got and can't wait to get to it.

For our own wedding, we went to Birch Hill again and looked at ceremony locations. The outdoor spots were rained out; we looked at them and selected one that we really liked. However, the indoor backup spot also looks amazing, so if something comes up I know that we'll still have a beautiful ceremony.

I finally finished proofreading Pilbeam's novel last night. Took me a long time to get to it, and an even longer time to complete it, but I think it'll be a lot stronger for it. Now I need to work on my own; Michelle is also self-publishing on CreateSpace and I want to have the book ready to do a trade with her when she visits on November.

...Quick aside, Steph's watching Dr. Horrible on CW. It's so weird seeing it on TV... because it looks like a television show. Which is a format that never really occurred to me for it (or at least, I never thought it'd work).

Anyway. Last thing, last week I mentioned a project that I'd keep under wraps for a bit, and now (well, last Friday) it was released! This is a spotlight of Fort Ticonderoga that we shot at the beginning of September. I helped shoot (any rail shots you see are mine, while Dave worked the monopod camera) and edited, as well as the various effects throughout. I am really proud of this, and I know that Dave is too. It's going to be featured in the Fall/Winter edition of WellWed magazine that I think is coming out shortly, along with the work of the photographer, Matt Ramos, and everyone else who made it such a great day and a great shoot.
