Weigh ins PART II

The scale ran light, and after hrs of going with minimal water (simply wet the palette) and doing 2 or more hrs of the eliptical with 2 sweaters and pants on... I rang in at 192.

You would not believe some of the guys at the weigh in... And not in a good way... "Look the part" should hold high priority in bodybuilding, well not at this place... There were some "fattys" who probably could use 10 more wks of dieting.

We'll see what happens. From what I saw, my competition for the overalls appears to be my roomie (Lightweight 152lbs), a guy in my class who rang in at 196, and a big football guy who was 244lbs (thank goodness I dropped into the Light Heavy's)

First mission, to win my class. After that, overall would be nice, but Ice Cream and Pizza would be a nice consolation prize :)

Carbing up tonight, I haven't felt this full in a while. So what if it is potatoes, raisins, apricots, bananas, and chicken that comprises my meals? I'm not hungry!
