Long time...who cares? Probably some of you...
-This cold weather effects my neck and my shoulder and my knee... in not so good ways.
-I however personally am enjoying the weather aside from that nonsense.
-Looks like Dougie and I are in charge of the Strongest Bull competition this spring.
-From the sounds of things, everybody is excited and a fire will be lit under everybody's asses as far as lifting goes.
-Rollercoaster heydays are back again as far as the emo girly worldy world goes... up and down they go... jump jump... But tis life tis life... and I shall remain optimistic if not for the moment...
-Played pool for the first time in forever. Who the F stole Weikel's chalk from my room? And where's the cue ball? I mean seriously.
-Halo2 continues to be fun even though I'm jobber ahoy to Dougie and Kiel from NY. Weikel is even getting more kills now. Oh well... tis life, tis life.
-Powerhouse gym has juiceheads who like to stare new guys in their 'territory' down... at least it's nice to see bigger guys and not know so many people. Motivation two fold. Environment w/ more motivational lifting going on, and way less distractions.
-WP is paying my bills. Getting tipped to let somebody pee outside cause lines are too long is awesome! Not to mention impatient daddays boys who wanna get in to harass the ladies...tend to pay well... Negative = getting caught twice by manager while receiving the tips (stupid jackasses decided to organize their money right in front of side door so people noticed big group)... We'll see if they have me work that door again... 100 bucks in tips = worth it!
-1500 club is looking easily reachable.
-Projected March lifts (goals if you will)...
Bench (my weakest point... always... but it's coming along nicely) = 400
Deadlift (high hopes, but a lot of fire and great progress going on here...def my fav exercise as of late) = 700
Squat (a few inches below parallel you niblet fucks!) = 525
- Jerome has a gf. Mad props and best of luck to him in that endeavour. Everything is a learning experience and he shall be fine no matter what happens.
-Final thought before Benny retires to bed =
Ya never know something until you find out... and hopefully the final truth is close to what you want it to be... because nothing is ever fully what you really want it to be.
