Five Things on a Friday--Late Friday Edition
1. Received my editorial letter on Book #2 today. (eeek!) Although it's less a letter and more like a bunch of balloons. My editor used the "insert comments" feature in Word to do them, so it's like she marked up the manuscript. I think I'm going to like working this way.
2. Started reading The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. Who knew that 12th century cathedral building could be so intriguing, mysterious, and dangerous?
3. Am also enjoying Braless in Wonderland by Debbie Reed Fischer. Very cute, and features a lot of themes found in Models.
4. My creative writing students turned in their first round of short stories. Can't wait to see what they came up with!
5. I'm starting to plan events and book signings for the Models release. Stay tuned for where I'll be and when, and the accompanying freak outs!
